Dancer Screenings (NWSA Dance Arts Boosters Spring Market) - in-person

Screenings are meant for non-injured dancers (ages 10+) who dance 5+ hrs/wk and are interested in keeping themselves healthy and improving their performance – and parents supportive of that goal. Various aspects of mobility, flexibility, strength, and balance specific to dance postures and movements will be assessed with the goal of identifying common risk factors for dance-specific injuries and issues potentially limiting dance performance. Also includes discussion of findings with recommendations as needed.
